Rent Label provides doorstep delivery and pickup services for rental outfits. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and product availability.

Customers are advised to place rental orders in advance to ensure timely delivery before their event date. After the rental period ends, our delivery partner will arrange pickup from the provided address. Customers must ensure that the product is properly packed and ready for return at the scheduled pickup time.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their orders before the product is dispatched. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cancellation requests made after dispatch may not be eligible for a full refund and may incur applicable service or delivery charges.

Returns

All rented products must be returned on or before the selected return date. Our delivery partner will arrange pickup from the registered address. Customers are requested to ensure the outfit is properly packed and ready at the scheduled pickup time.

Late Returns

Items returned after the agreed rental period may attract additional late fees as per the rental terms specified at the time of booking.

Damaged or Missing Items

Customers are responsible for maintaining the rented products in good condition. In case of major damage, loss, or missing accessories, repair or replacement charges may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately if required.
